How does it all work?
NOTE: this program is launching as of May 1, 2025. No destination campaigns are a part of this program yet
Influencers & content creators: submit links to video content you have already created that depicts the style, average length of content, and direction you would go when creating content for this campaign. This content can be for our client's destination or any other destination where we can get a sense of your work. We will analyze and consider making you an offer for content creation ranging from $250 to $1,000, depending on your content quality and how well it aligns with our client's brand. Content will be licensed by you to our client for unlimited use. Offer range includes whether you will also promote this content via your social media channels, and how large and engaged your social media channels are. Additional funds are available on a case-by-case basis if 1) you're able to promote this content as advertising/boosted content via your channels, or 2) your social media follower count and engagement far exceed the average in your industry.
Note: we are also open to licensing content you may have already created for this destination. We welcome your submissions with this content as well.
Destinations: you will typically have a very specific marketing plan already in place, focusing on what niche markets within the LGBTQ+ community you'd like to advertise to. These may include foodies paired with restaurants and food festivals, travel influencers and content creators paired with hotels, museums, restaurants, events, etc. Working with us, you'll have content made available that is both focused on your marketing plan's target audiences, as well as outside many of the specific niche markets you may have planned for. This opens you up to reaching targeted LGBTQ+ audiences that you may not have even considered, allowing you to make marketing decisions based upon currently available user-generated content that speaks to these niche markets. Perhaps these are undiscovered opportunities! Perhaps you'll also be exposed to niche influencers & content creators you hadn't yet discovered!
How does it work from an influencer/content creators point of view? Our client destinations will evaluate your submissions and make you an offer, based on the criteria above. You will then post your 1st draft video on one of the primary video social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and send us the URL of this content for evaluation. Most content will be accepted in this 1st draft, as long as it stays aligned with the style and direction you initially proposed. On rare occasion, an edit may be requested. Upon acceptance, you will be paid the agreed upon amount and will submit video to us via a large file transfer service, such as WeTransfer or DropBox, the original MP4 or MOV video file. Our client can then have unlimited use of this content for their advertising and marketing campaigns, in perpetuity.
Note: we may request that you include the client's logo in the video as well.
Where do we come in? Our job is to help our client destinations find and develop unique content they can use in their upcoming marketing & advertising campaigns. We will promote our client's content search campaign via our social media channels, as well as directly to our roster of pre-approved LGBTQ+ influencers and content creators. Campaigns will be a minimum of $10,000, which includes the budget for paying the influencers & content creators, as well as our fees for managing these campaigns.
In addition, we will develop optional marketing campaigns for our destination clients that pairs them up with some of the LGBTQ+ niche media in our #ILoveGay Content Marketing Ad Network, allowing for our clients to further tap into our high-quality LGBTQ+ media and marketing partners.
